Thorn, panicking at the arrival of the gaurds, threw the potted plant she had kept snug on the ground in front of them. The two gaurds looked down at the potted plant, laughing.
"A plant? Pathetic little girl, ha." One of the gaurds chuckled, pulling out a gun and pointed it at her.
"Don't mock me........" Thorn mumbled, activating her powers. With a swift motion, dark, thorny vines jutted out from the small innocent plant, wrapping around the gaurds, then throwing them into walls, knocking them unconcious.
Afterwards, she quickly ran over the plant, scooping it into the plastic pot. It was now withered and disfigured, all beauty lost, but that didn't mean it still wouldn't be useful.
"Okay," Thorn said, turning to Ares, reverting back to her shy self, "L-lets get going."
