There's two people (girl and a the jumper guy named Khaled) down with Theo, Robbie, and Nadya. DaMarcus AKA Phoenix is alone with Angelique

Oh, and try not to make our dear friend Allie (the girl fighting Nadya) too ruthless, I like her. But super strength and rock hard fists are her powers.

BLAH, DaMarcus glanced over the side of the building where the fight was taking place. From what he could tell, the intruders were taking a royal beating from his friends. He rolled his eyes in disgust and flounced over to the unconscious Angelique, who looked so benign in her soulless state.
DaMarcus picked the tiny Angelique up with one hand and cuddled her to his side as if she was his daughter before slowly climbing down the side of the fire escape. Not ready to be seen just yet, he frantically searched for a safe place to put Angelique, settling on a cubbyhole corner neatly tucked away on the side. After all, when she returned, she'd like to have a body to come back to.
DaMarcus was filthy. His skin was itchy, his armpits were sweaty, Angelique swore he had a sinus problem and his mouth was sticky dry, as if he hadn't taken a drink of water in days. Ugh.
He poked his head out from the corner just in time to see the girl stumble back from a vicious headbutt from Nadya. What was her name? Angelique quickly surfed his brain,
"...Uh...Allie?" He called out, "Allie, I think we should, you know uh..." How did these ghetto people speak, again? "Uh...we should jus' go an' chill, yo. They ain't tryna be all up in our grills, yo. You know wut I'm sayin?" Perfect...

Allie, as she had been identified as, clutched her hand to her face, covering up the swelling parts. That little bitch...but then confusing shot through her mind. What was DaMarcus going on about?
"Phoenix!" she cried, emphasizing use of his nickname. They weren't supposed to use real names in front of others, "What are you talkin' about? You sound like a wuss! Go take out the blond one!"
Allie didn't wait for him to agree as she barreled back towards Nadya. She swung her right fist for the girls shoulder with enough force that even Nadya could tell it would be leave her damaged to take the shot. She'd have to use her powers.
"Hey Dozer, Phoenix, did you see where the small boy went?" asked the high-jumping member of their group, referring to Robbie. He didn't need to ask again as Robbie quickly shot up to normal size with his fist raised up, uppercutting the boy.
Theo, meanwhile, steadied himself to fight Phoenix, unaware that is was in fact Angelique inhabiting his body. He waited for Phoenix to charge, knowing he'd could use his emotion-affecting powers as a surprise.
OOC: Dozer is Allie, enhanced strength, super hard fists; Flips is Khaled, can jump high; Phoenix is DaMarcus, self-healing.

Forgetting that she was in another body, Angelique popped her hip out and rolled her eyes with an annoyed groan. These stupid violent people. She then noticed that Theo had finally settled himself enough face who he thought was DaMarcus (BTW is it DeMarcus or DaMarcus?).
Angelique wasn't quite sure what Theo's powers were but considering his overall swagger, she was quite sure he could-as DeMarcus would colorfully put it-kick her fucking ass. "Eep!" DeMarcus threw his hands in the air and took a step back from her challenger. The last thing Angelique wanted to do was fight...
"Um...you win?" DeMarcus batted his eyelashes at Theo. Then it hit her, that's what her team was there for in the first place. DeMarcus' face lit up as if he'd found treasure and then shot his hands out in toward the blonde haired foe, "Theo! I surrender...yo...?!"
Nadya hopped back and threw her hands in the air, blindly reaching for something with her powers. She was lucky enough to catch the fire escape ladder, which creaked and came tearing down on Dozer's head. Not waiting to see the results, Nadya turned and bolted toward the large dumpster.

Suddenly, as if appearing out of nowhere a massive explosion appeared in the sky. The sound and shock were so emeses that for a brief moment all of the fighting stopped. “Children, Children, why are you fighting; we’re all on the same side” said the voice of a man in a long red jacket, with both a mask and sunglasses masking his face.

"And who the hell are you, exactly?" shot out the girl who was emerged from under the fire escape, hands over her head to shield it. Apparently, those hands were very durable.
Theo also looked over, at the guy who appeared to be floating in the sky, a puzzled expression plastered across his pretty-boy mug.

“I’m merely a representative, of a man with true power” the man in red stated as he seemingly floated to the ground. “These fools from the so called New Haven Academy will try and tell you that if you all be good little boys and girls humans will one day accept you; I for one have never heard a bigger lie in my lifetime” The man stated as he pushed his sunglasses back into place. “The Crusades, The American Revolution, World War II, these are all examples of true events that have brought out change and acceptance; the history of mankind is one written in the blood of others, such is the case with our kind today”. “The only way to bring out change is with force and power, that alone is the one langue these apes that call themselves humans understand”.
The man smiled as he turned to face Theo. “The Haven that sent you out on this mission is nothing more than a lie, a dream of a man that is unable to wake up and face reality”.

"Hey, you shut up! You don't understand the master plan here!" called a more juvenile and less charismatic voice. Emerging from the alley the New Haven students had originally come from was a boy who would be tough to recognize, although he was the teen Chloe had battled with in the woods during the students' excursion to the town. His signature glowing green hands might give it away. He jabbed a pointed green finger at the Angel Eyes.

"Come now, there’s no need to be rude to our mutant brothers and sisters" The man stated as he looked over at the green mutant
“But they are apes, ones that fail to see that we are the future” The man stated as he started walking towards the students. “It is for that reason alone I make you all this offer; come join us and be yourselves, be free to be what you were meant to be or go with these New Haven fools and bend to the wishes of the tyrant known as humanity, those who scorn and hate our kind” the man in red stated as he snapped his fingers. Suddenly a few old tv’s in the ally began to come to life and a news report of a mutant lynching began to play. “These are the kinds of people the New Haven Academy would have you protect, murders and rapist those that wish to kill both you and your families”. Suddenly a police siren could be heard in the distance, it was clear that the fight must have caused a great deal of attention. “Time is short, so chose wisely; a lie or the truth, slavery or freedom, us or them” The man stated as the sound of the sirens got even closer.

The new turn of events caused Angelique to panic and pull from DeMarcus' body. Her spirit shot out of his back and flew around the corner, creating a blinding whit light wind tunnel which propelled Phoenix's body forward and sent him tumbling into the brick wall. His lack of control caused him to crack his the side head against the bricks and drop to the ground in a groggy haze.
A few moments later, Angelique's own tiny body sat up and gasped for air as if she'd been holding her breath. Her eyes shot open and she popped up, letting it all rush back. What was going on?
Nadya, who had taken refuge behind the dumpster, appeared more confused than ever. The only thing that registered with her were the sounds of progressing sirens, "...time to go!" She squeaked.

“If you’re captured, you’ll each get 20 years in prison; they will make you an example of the system simply due to the fact that you’re mutants” the man in red stated as he placed his arms behind his back. “I can save each and every one of you from that fait, but first you must agree to come and join our noble cause, a cause to protect the people you are today and now” the man stated as five police cars pulled up to the entrance of the ally. “NOW MAKE YOUR CHOICE”

"NO!" Robbie yelled defiantly, speaking up, "We're...we're....we're CORE!"
Theo pumped a fist and nodded in response. They glanced around nervously. This was...unprecedented. Nobody expected this. How could they?
"You're pussies!" taunted the new boy armed with the weaponized energy hands.
DaMarcus rose, shaking his head. His wound, which had briefly bled, leaving a red line down the side of his head, had already closed. It was disappearing and quickly, like someone was dragging an eraser over it.
"Phoenix, let's go with them! People will never respect mutants!" she cried.
"Yes, Allison is correct," piped in the jumping boy.
"Fuck that, I don't even know these dudes," countered DaMarcus. It seemed there was disagreement. Would the other NHA students stay loyal?

Angelique and Nadya, both freaked out by the cops as well as the appearance of the new guy, did not want to sit around and wait for an answer. They exchanged knowing glances and Angelique was the first to make a move. If they were going to get out of this mess, they'd have to work together.
"Freeze!" One of the cops yelled, his gun drawn on the girl.
"Christ, Claude, it's a little girl," his partner said, slightly lowering his weapon as Angelique inched toward them.
Nadya, shuffled along the dumpster, her fear written on her delicate face. Six cars, twelve cops and no real plan for escape, they really had no choice but to use their powers, right? Robbie hadn't given any orders but the girls were too panicked to listen otherwise. They both wanted out, now.
"Freeze!" Claude yelled again and Angelique finally seemed to listen. She stopped short and glanced around at the police, all of them taking aim with their pistols and refuge behind their swung open car doors. There had to be a leader, there was always one in every crew that carried a little more weight than the rest. She glanced over them all and back at Claude, "I'm just lost sir," She cried at him, but her big blue eyes were eerie.
"ON THE GROUND! ON THE GROUND!!" Claude yelled again, this time leaning forward and gripping the trigger tighter, Angelique was testing him.

"I am going with him!" decided the jumping boy, who was perhaps Saudi, and he took a few nervous steps towards the boy who had the once-glowing hands. He had stopped, in the face of the cops. His decision might have been a wise one, but he seemed like he was itching to loose his powers on them.
Meanwhile, Dozer/Allie was glancing back and forth as Phoenix/DaMarcus, and the two seemed to be conversing with their eyes. Arguing, from the looks of things.
"I want to go with them!" she finally blurted out, "don't you see how we'll be treated? I can't live like that!"
"Go then! I ain't goin' out like that!" he yelled, both being overcome with emotion and ignoring the police.
Theo tried to use his powers, broadcasting some calm in the general area, but it may have been too many people with too much anxiety to be held down by Theo's limited control of his powers. Were they supposed to engage the police? Could they be shot? WHAT THE FUCK?
OOC: Everyone can decide if their character is gonna stay with NHA. The new characters will be recruited both ways. Cops will be dealt with in one of many possible ways.

Theo's efforts to calm the large group were lukewarm at most. The cops had become a little more lax but not one dropped their weapon and all of the mutants were fighting among themselves. Angelique glanced over her shoulder at Affect, who appeared to be entangled with the mutant group, before settling her gaze on Nadya, who with her back pressed to the side of the dumpster nodded back at her little blond haired teammate. There was no way the two girls planned to go with the newcomer, hell, it was safe to assume that neither Nadya nor Angelique had a clue to what anyone was speaking of. Nevertheless, the girls were as equally determined to get the heck out of this place. Even if it meant engaging the police.
Angelique turned to face the barricade and took another step toward the Cop named Claude. He blinked a few times and then tensed up again, "FREEZE!" But Angelique seemed to not understand, it only prompted her to sidestep and try again.
"FREEZE!!" Claude yelled again as Angelique inched forward. She stopped short, glancing down at her shows and then once again scooted closer, "FREEZE!!" and closer, "FREEZE!" and closer, "DAMN IT, I SAID FREEZE!"
"Christ, it's a little girl, Claude," His partner yawned as he slightly dropped his guard. He was definitely under Theo's spell and was an opening that the two girls couldn't afford not to take. Nadya's palms jutted toward the ground, causing the pair's guns to grow heavy. They stumbled forward in surprise, both gripping the handles with determination. Before they could even catch their balance, Nadya raised her hands into the sky, releasing the gravity and sending the two policemen into the air.
The other policemen, who stood behind their frontline friends, dropped their jaws and slowly raised out of their stances, giving Angelique the chance to duck under one of the cars and sneak past them all and break into the streets. When she was in the clear, Angelique cleared her throat and screeched, "I surrender! Really!!"
The foursome wheeled around and took aim just in time to see the little blonde girl dart across the street into a hotel. With the cops distracted, Nadya took her chance and charged past the barricade. With her concentration broken, the two cops that were suspended in the air came crashing to the ground. At the sound of their collision, a few of their partners turned back around. They all seemed to exchange confused glances and hesitate in a few directions before finally making a few fumbled decisions. Finally, three broke out across the street and one sprinted after Nadya, leaving behind the two disoriented cops who held their dizzy heads in a feeble attempt to retain their sanity. Finally, one crawled to their car and shakily reached past the driver's seat for the radio. He was calling for help.

The sound of a helicopter could be heard in the distance as the cops began to shine their flashlights on the teenagers and the man. “FREEZE” the head cop stated as both he and ten other cops began walking up the ally with their guns in hand.
“Times up” the man in red stated as he looked down at the two teens that chose to come with him. “You’ve chosen very wisely”. The man told them as he turned to face the cops. “Are you the one in charge here; take those glasses off and put your hands on the ground” the head cop told him.
“As you wish” the man stated as a long smirk came over his face as he removed his sunglasses, revealing a set of eyes as sharp as an eagle. And that’s when something no one in the ally expected to happen. “WHAT THE HELL IS THAT THINK” the lead cop shouted as he pointed his gun at officer to the right of him and fired five rounds into him his chest. “NO, NO IT’S ON ME NOW” the cop shouted as he fell to the floor and slowly began to have a heart attack.
Everyone in the ally was speechless, all but the man in red who quietly began to laugh. “who are you” one of the remaining cops asked him. “Your worst nightmare” the man stated and second latter the remaining eight cops began going insane as well. Some began shouting at things that weren’t there, while others began attacking garbage cans and brick walls. One cop took out a knife and began carving out his eyes just to prevent seeing something horrible, two couldn’t stop laughing and eventually passed out, another blew out his brains right on the spot. The remaining four just continued to scream until they eventually passed out, either dead or alive.
“You see children, so long as you flow me, no harm what so ever will come to you” the man stated as the helicopter landed in front of the ally way. “Come children, our friends have arrived, it’s time for us to go” The man in red stated as he began to walk out of the alley.
