Brief: Team 5 is Konkrete (Raven), Static (Raven), Hazard (Sifth), Kord (Moon), Bloodbane (Sifth), Swift & Sparrow (Del). G.U.A.R.D. has more information than we want them to, and they are only going to get more and more organized. We have not located their base of operations, but we know of a satellite operation in some random part of Norway. Remember these aren't cops - these are elite soldiers, some of which may be trained to deal with "supers". Find out what they know, and destroy what you can.
Swift sat with Sparrow, occasionally leaning over to whisper something in his ear. She wasn't comfortable with some of their teammates, even after the training they had done. They all seemed somewhat...dastardly. Could she really trust them to have her and her brother's back when the going got tough, or would everyone just look out for themselves? This was only their second outing as a group, only their first really dangerous mission. Maybe The Boss really wanted to see what they were made of.

As the group flew to Norway Hazard couldn’t help but feel bored. He had no idea the flight was going to be this boring and forgot to bring any form of candy with him. To make matters worse most of the people on his team looked like a punch of freaks and were less then sociable. Needless to say this made Hazard extremely uncomfortable; he was a usually a lone killer and the concept of teamwork was new to him. At the very least he was being sent on a mission to kill people and that alone was worth the long ride. To ease his boredom Hazard removed a flask of brandy from his jacket pocket and took a sip. “Anyone what some candy” Hazard said offering the flask to the rest of his team.
Bloodbane just sat with his arms folded for nearly the entire ride to Norway. Even though his power made him the most useful person on his team for killing, there was something about this mission that he didn’t like. Alex was an idealist but if his master felt this mission would benefit mutant kind than he would obey it without question. As he was formulating the best strategy to complete their mission he was interrupted by Hazard’s childish antics. “Could you at least try to take this mission seriously?” Alex told him as he adjusted his sunglasses.

Sparrow reached out to take the flask, but Swift's hand shot out and slapped her twin brother's hungry appendage away from the bottle. She cast a chiding glare on both Sparrow and Hazard.
"Oh c'mon-" Sparrow started.
"No, Bloodbane is right, we're about to be - how do you say it - 'in the shit'," she replied, giving a satisfied nod at her usage of the military term.

The glare that Swift gave Hazard nearly made his spine shiver. “Come on let the man have a drink, it might be his last” Hazard told her when the glare finally wore off. “Someone like you might actually start to look attractive after a few more shots” Hazard whispered to himself. Even though this lady was nearly as freak as Bloodbane, she was still a lady and Hazard knew it was important to watch his manners.

Both George and Static were unresponsive to the whole "candy" thing going on. George sat in his corner, red hoodie on and his iPod blasting in his ear. The song was "My Fault" by Eminem. He was halfway through the Slim Shady LP, and wasn't about to stop listening.
Static, on the other hand, was doing absolutely nothing. He stared absent-mindedly at the ceiling, a sinister smile on his face for no reason.

"The man's got a point, Sis," Sparrow agreed with a grin, but the cold stare from his raven-haired sister quickly shut him up.
"But I think I'll pass, Hazard," he said quietly, trying to maintain some dignity.
The pilot of the small plane turned around and told everyone to get ready for landing. They were going to land very close to the installation, in a field. The cloaking devices retrofitted onto the plane would have to hold up to evade the high tech detection of G.U.A.R.D.

George groaned. He had hardly heard the pilot, but could guess what he was telling them. George took his iPod out of his pocket, stood up, shut off the iPod and put it in his pocket in that order. Now pretty much ready (ooc: I assume since you said "landing", we won't parachute out?) for whatever faced him.
Static didn't acknowledge the pilot. He was still sitting, still smiling and still staring at the ceiling.

Bloodbane remained emotionless as the pilot announced that they would be landing soon. “My power makes for a more stealth centered approach, but if the six of you prefer a more direct attack that’s fine too; among the seven of us we have enough power to destroy a small army so either way works for me” Bloodbane told the group as he adjusted his sunglasses yet again. Above all else Alex had to make sure no one on his team ever saw his real eyes.
“Fine more for me” Hazard stated as he took one last sip from his flask before placing it back in his pocket. He then turned to listen to another one of Bloodbane’s charismatic speeches. He often felt Bloodbane was better cut out to be a politician rather than a member of their evil A Team. “This might just be the alcohol talking but after this boring flight I could use some action, so I vote we just wipe them out with a direct attack”.

Daniel, dressed in his armor with the exception of his helmet smirked, a quarter flipping between his fingers. Although you couldn't tell from his outward appearance Kord was about to burst from the seams with excitement, what a thrill this was going to be!
"We could always leave it to chance." Kord, no the Cobalt Kuwagata, grinned as he placed his quarter between the tip of his thumb and trigger finger. Chance had got him this far... One flip could be the decision between a silent job or a complete slaugher.

“You really are nuts” Hazard stated as he turned to face Kord. Out of his entire team Hazard clearly got along with him the most. The two of them were both hired hit men and always up for a good fight. “So what does your so called chance say we should do”?

The coin flipped in the air, falling back into Kord's hand even with the sharp juts and buckles the plane made. He cupped his hand to look at the result...
"Fair is fair." He said to himself smiling. They where going to butcher anyone who crossed their paths, however this mission would just be target practice. It would start here with the G.U.A.R.D, with the grunts, but it wouldn't be soon before they where talking big game: El Arana, Chromium Lad, The Core, the hero's would all get their due soon enough.

“I love that coin of yours, ha ha ha” Hazard stated in a voice that sounded as if were still a child. Looks like this mission wouldn’t be boring after all. Usually he hated killing people without getting paid, but today was an exception. “This is going to be fun” Hazard told the rest of his team as he put on his trademark sunglasses.
As the decision was being made Bloodbane sat quietly for the most part. It was his duty to at least attempt to keep his team in line and he knew it would not be easy. “If that’s what you wish then so be it, but try not to destroy everything, they might have some useful information for our organizations true objective”.

"Everything will disappear eventually," George said, his red hoodie still up. "We're just tasked to destroy this place; I don't care if everything goes up in flames." George didn't look at anyone in particular as he said this; he just voiced what was on his mind.
"I like destruction," Static concurred, finally looking somewhere other than the ceiling.

Swift huddled closer to Swallow, completed weirded out by their group. Swallow seemed to find it funny and amusing. Swift was just...bothered.
The plane finally landed, and the group deplaned. It had been easy to see the G.U.A.R.D. installation as they landed, and there was a ramp that led down to into the facility.
"Let's go," Swallow said, grabbing his sister's hand. The pair floated off the ground, hovering forward.

“Remember that information is the key to winning a war” Bloodbane stated as he turned to face his team. He was hoping for something a bit more discrete, but his team was clearly a bunch of over grown children who couldn’t see the bigger picture. “I want their commander alive and their central computer intact, aside from that you’re free to kill anyone you want”. “I suggest some of you be extra sure to keep that in mind” Bloodbane stated as he looked over at George.
Shortly before stepping out of the plane Hazard placed on his battle gloves. “Yea yea, bigger picture I get it, but everyone else is up for grabs” Hazard stated as he adjusted the fire mechanisms on his gloves. “Plus this is about more than gaining information, it’s about sending a message”. Once Hazard was finished checking all of his gear he jumped out of the plane to join the others.

"Yeah, Drake may think he and G.U.A.R.D. can invade our privacy, but we'll show them that we're not going to take that. He doesn't have the right," Swallow said, seeming a little fired up. He had turned around, now floating backwards while Swift was still facing forwards. He wasn't that far ahead of the group.
But Bloodbane has made a valid and important point. Someone had to keep the lot of them calm, and Swift couldn't do it.

Turning to see that Swift was obviously the only one here taking this mission seriously Bloodbane turned to face her. “I’m going to require your assistance for this mission, the rest of you are free to cause as much carnage as you like” Alex told the group as they walked to the opening gate of the satellite complex.

Swift tapped her brother's wrist with her index finger, their unspoken signal to land. As soon as their feet touched the ground, they separated, and she moved to Bloodbane, close enough speak somewhat privately.
Shallow glanced back, always protective, but not paying it too much mind. The facility was already in sight.
"What do you need?" Swift asked, unsure of exactly was Bloodbane was getting at.

“While the others keep the guards here busy, I plan to hack the G.U.A.R.D computer system; while I’m doing this I will need you to keep me covered” Bloodbane stated to Swift as he adjusted his glasses. The more information they acquired on the G.U.A.R.D the better off their organization would be. If they were lucky the location of their main base would be in that computer system. __________________________________________________________________________
Having little interest in what Bloodbane and Swift were talking about Hazard quietly walked up to the main gate, keeping both of his hands in his coat pockets. “WHO THE FUCK ARE YOU” the guard at the front gate shouted as he pointed his rifle at Hazard. “No one really, just a man who’s bored” Hazard told him as he continued walking towards the gate even though the man had a loaded gun pointed at him.
“STOP WHERE YOU ARE AND PUT YOUR HANDS WERE I CAN SEE THEM” the guard told Hazard as he fired a warning shot into the air. “As you wish” Hazard stated as he lifted up his arms. Before the guard knew what hit him a long wire shot out of Hazards right glove and impaled the main in the neck, killing him on the spot. Hazard quickly recoiled the wire as he walked up to the gate. “Knock knock” Hazard said as the gate was repelled backwards and exploded as it came into contact with the base wall.

Suddenly, alarms were blaring, sirens were going off. The station was on high alert. It was about to get crazy. Swallow grinned, zooming in with Swift's speed, slowing, and clocking a nearby guard in the front hallway of the station. The footsteps and cries of more agents could be hear.
Swift, meanwhile, looked at Bloodbane and nodded. The others were already making loud noises and distractions. She and Bloodbane could easily do what needed to be done. She felt her brother switching their powers, twice, and shook her head. He was very enthusiastic.

Hazard was suddenly surrounded by 20 guards each with rifles pointed at him, ready to fill him with led. “Wait, I surrender” Hazard stated as he lifted up both of his hands. Suddenly ten wires shot out of each of his gloves, impaling the guards on the spot. Most were killed on the spot but two fought through the pain and began firing at Hazard. Once their bullets came inches away from touching Hazard they suddenly turned around and were repelled back to guards firing them. Hazard smiled as the two guards fell to the floor. “Alright who’s next”.

As Static entered the battlefield, all the guards in his immediate area faced immense pain; mostly the result of a migraine. They closer they were, the more likely they were to pass out; Static could basically walk right through the front door without lifting a finger....
but that wasn't his style. He quickly rotated from each person who was affected by his radio waves, snapping their necks, crushing their skulls, piercing their lungs. The psychopath didn't have a favorite way to kill; they were all fun.
George, the slowest of the group, would most likely have to serve clean up; but that wasn't fun. Using his powers to help him ascend the concrete wall, and then he bolted over it a couple of yards away from the group. He wasn't splitting up; George just wanted to take out the soldiers that were charging at them, ergo, letting himself get some of the kills.
The G.U.A.R.D. men who saw him were immediately surprised and started firing, but the bullets didn't even DENT George's concrete overcoat. Smashing through them like flies, he laughed manically in his own head. Was he really enjoying this?

"You guys are taking everyone out! What do I get to do!" Swallow yelled at his teammates. These guys were pushovers though. There were supposed to be some trained experts, with weapons made to take down people with powers. G.U.A.R.D. had a tendency to be well prepared. But they weren't ready for this hit.
"C'mon, Bloodbane, if you've got a plan, let's get with it," Swift told him.

“Very well then” Bloodbane told Swift as the two of them walked deeper into the fortress. Outside Hazard and the others were throwing the entire bass into a state of chaos. “The computer system should be at the center of the base, I can take care of anyone along that rout, but I will need you to cover me while I’m hacking their system” Alex stated as the two walked down a flight of stairs.
Meanwhile outside Hazard began causing serious damage as he forced his way into one of the bases storage facility. Several strange robots were located there, still in their boxes, along with tanks and other strange weapons. “Well I better destroy everything here before the G.U.A.R.D has a chance to use them against us” Hazard stated as he began wrecking all of the equipment with his steal wires.

Swift followed Bloodbane, eyes open for any more defenses, but it seemed everyone was focused on the other members of their crew, which was exactly the idea. They were noisy, why would anyone be sneaking? The security systems seemed to be going too haywire, but it left a lot of locked doors for them to shrug at. Swift could always tap into the twins' strength power if they needed forcible entry.
Meanwhile, Swallow was using said strength to its effect. He was a little lost, so he followed Hazard, knowing he was a professional. No sooner had he entered the room Hazard was in before a group of guards in crazy combat outfits came storming down. They looked like they might be the big guns. Luckily, they didn't know what Swallow could do. As they were running in, guns lowered, Swallow tapped into speed, and rocketed to them. Alternating speed and strength as much as he could, he delivered blow after blow. His speed allowed him to disarm them, and then strength to knock them. One blow to a man's helmet shattered it, and another felt the same power drilling his jaw from an uppercut. Another felt it in his gut, and then across his shoulder blades as Swallow drilled him with two clasped fists.
However, alternating powers had a drawback of being exhausting. Swallow was overexerting, and he failed to finish the job before he slowed down.
"Take him down!" he heard as a sizzle was heard in the air...that wasn't a bullet, it was some sort of plasma device! Seriously? The blast knocked him onto his ass, and left a smoldering mark on his chest. He scrambled backwards and into Hazard's room before another could hit him.
"Shit, they were better armed," he told Hazard.
