OOC: This is where the Capture the Flag game will be taking place for Winters and Stylianos's teams. Remember that your character loses their mutant powers while in possession of the flag. Winter's team will start in the Student Lounge on the second floor of the dorms (2). Stylianos's team will start in the Weight Room in the Gym (4). The Seraphim: Hein (C), Avery, Fayth, Chesire, Genji The Strongmen: Chloe (C), Kalina, DaMarcus, Lillian, Shiloh
As the students gathered in the CATT, the Professors activated the simulation. The familiar walls and pathways of the campus appeared before them, and the games were set to begin. "Oh, our last surprise was your simulation locale: the Academy. Have fun," Winters's voice echoed over the speakers. "Don't fuck u-" was heard just as the speakers cut up, clearly yelled by Stylianos.

“I hope you don’t take it personal, but my team is going to wipe the floor with your guys” Stylianos told winters as he lit up a cigarette. “That’s assume that stupid cat girl can keep her cool this time around”

Winters laughed, looking down at the students below. They were likely to huddle and make a plan before heading out. The video monitors would show the Professors everything.
"We'll see, Eric," Winters said mischievously, "I think my team is getting better. And besides, we have on of your old charges now."
Fayth looked around at her team, still doubtful of Hein's leadership, but accepting. She did have growing faith in Avery, oddly enough. She smiled to Cheshire.
"Welcome to our team," she said, not bothering to introduce herself, as they knew each other's names.

((OOC: the quote is my post from earlier in the main thread. Moved it here so everyone could see. ))
"Thank you," Cheshire smiled a greeting at Fayth. It looked as though all her teammates were friendly - none of them were kids who usually gave her a hard time. Glancing around, Cheshire saw that they were in the student lounge. Nothing popped out to her as glaringly different, so relaxed a little bit. Lot's of glass, which was lucky. Walking over to a window, Cheshire peeked out. The grounds appeared quiet and she could see no one from the other team.

Fayth looked over at the flag, which was on the couch, poking out of the cushions.
"That's a good plan, I guess," Fayth said. She was glad it was a simulation, so she could be a little more confident in using her own powers. But being outside would give her the best abilities, "should we just leave the flag in the couch or move it somewhere?"

Turning to her team, Avery held her wrench and asked... "So we're going for Cheshire's plan?"
Seeing the flag, she thought about a proper hiding place. She's got it! "I've got it! Can I have the flag for a moment?"

Genji was pissed. Not only was he not with his friends, he was being lead by some vampire sicko. Obviously Genji was in a bad mood.
"Urg," He said, sitting in the middle of the weight room.

oOc: I'll be playing as Lillian
Chloe crossed her arms and took a step forward, every now and then, tilting her up and sniffing the air. She glanced over her shoulder at the rest of the Strongmen, all of them quietly loitering around their flag. She wracked her brain, trying to remember who exactly was on the other team.
"...Kalina, can you read their thoughts? I need to know the other teams' powers. Except Genji, I know Genji,"

"Please do," Cheshire said to Fayth when no one else spoke up. Glancing at Genji, she wished that there was something she could say to make him feel better about the situation. Nothing came to mind however, and Cheshire again glanced out the window, her nerves on end.

"One of them is that..." Kalina looked over at Lillian. She was about to say 'creepy and incestuous Hein boy' but she didn't want to hurt anyone's feelings, "Hein, Avery, she has a wrench and can make people sick, Cheshire can control glass, and Fayth is charging her laser," She spoke to Chloe, "Do we have a plan?" Everyone else was either a close range powerhouse...or Lillian. She wondered what she would get to do.

OOC: Why is Genji in the weight room, aren't we at the dorms?
Hein finally got back in the grove as he looked around the student dorms, since his room was nearby he had a good idea of what to do to protect the flag. He was hesitant to actually touch the flag, but he was confident they could protect it. "I like your idea Cheshire, but I would like to make some changes.." he said placing his hand on Cheshire's shoulder. "Can you collect all the glass on the first floor and bring it all up here.. We need it"
His words hopefully sunk in as he was quite serious like he had contructed a big plan in his mind., he was worried that his team mates wouldn't listen to him. Turning to Avery, he pointed to his room. "Bring the flag into my room, and guard it for now." he said carefully, noticing that the inside of his room wasn't his own.
"Genji, Can you go collect rocks and sticks from the outside and get back here quick, we need about 4 handfulls of rocks and about 4 sticks.."
Then he waited to see if everyone was going to listen to him, paying more close attention to Cheshire then anyone else. He hoped that everyone would understand.

Shiloh looked around the work out room and listened to Kalina speak of their powers. They certainly had a good range of powers at their disposal, "DaMarcus and Lillian should draw their long range attacks. Me or Chloe should stay with Kalina and guard the flag," He spoke up, probably the first time he had offered any sort of input on a mission.
"But it's your decision, Captain Sorel," Shiloh looked over at Chloe and immediately fell back into line. He was the stupid boy who couldn't control his abilities. He didn't know the first thing about winning strategic battles and he was in no position of seniority to have any influence with his teammates, "I promise not to speak out of turn again..."

OOC: oh yeah, sorry. he was on the stronmen last time so i didnt really think about it
Genji stared at Hein for a couple of seconds. He felt like laughing; but this situation was to die to laugh. Did he just give him orders?
"Did you just give me orders?" He asked, plain faced.

OOC: I assume that it will take some time before the teams can cross the field unless they are fast..
Hein looked at him, and cracked a smile. "If you want to win, you best listen to... my advice." he cracked, hoping that Genji would at least be a team player. "..Or is my job too hard for you?"

Genji's standard look quickly changed into a irritated glare. His eyes focused and his teeth were quickly bared. He was like an animal protecting his territory; all or nothing.
"Your advice sucks."

Cheshire was getting tense as Genji and Hein faced off. They would have no chance of succeeding in anything if the two did nothing but bicker the entire time. Stepping forward, Cheshire laid a hesitant hand on Genji.
"Let's just get through this challenge," she suggested quietly, "Then maybe we can discuss more about our team dynamics." Retreating, Cheshire stepped to the window, which she threw open. It was time for her to get to work. If Cheshire even lost the slightest bit of control, it was possible someone could get seriously hurt. Though, as long as she could keep her emotions under control and her concentration in check, she should be okay.
Raising her hands as if beckoning out to someone, Cheshire exhaled, her eyes closing and her shoulders drooping as her body relaxed. For a moment she was paused there, relaxed and calm. Then suddenly, her muscles clenched and tension rushed through her body. Finger's shaking with the effort, Cheshire reached out to the glass on the lower floor.
Down below, it was obvious what was happening. Cracks snaked up windows until they were destroyed, and glasses shattered. Shards of blade like glass floated out the now broken windows and began to drift toward Cheshire's waiting hands.
The girl was continued to beckon, her hands moving in a calling motion, as if speaking to the glass. At last a large flock of shards glistened outside the window and Cheshire hissed out a pained breath. She wasn't going to be able to keep control of so much glass for much longer.
"What do you want me to do?" Cheshire called out through gritted teeth, her eyes still closed and hands wavering. She had to keep concentration...

Taking the flag, Avery made her way to Hein's room. Looking around where to put it, she decided to stuff it in the closet, deciding that as a virtual reality program it's probably not going to really matter if someone has something like Technopathy or something. Making sure to put it well-hidden amongst the clothing (most of which seem to be black bellyshirts), Avery then shouted over to the others... "Target secure!

Hein just shrugged and nodded at Cheshire who was doing a fine job, while Genji did nothing. "Move the glass into the hallway, and be careful..." he stated, as he took out his dagger and cut into the wall a rough map of New Haven Academy's grounds. As he marked X's and O's all around the map..
"Genji.." he remarked without looking at him, "I don't want to lose so get your act together, if you have anymore problems. You can just leave."

"Everybody please stand a little ways back," Cheshire hissed, a hint of fear in her voice. She pivoted on her feet and the glass flew around her, parting like a river around her. Several loose pieces nicked her arms, but so far nothing had gotten seriously out of control. Led by a steady hand, the glass flew into the hallway and melted onto the floor, until a mirror like surface coated the carpet. The glass was almost completely out of the room when she over heard what Hein had said to Genji. She winced, knowing that the loud boy would probably not take such a comment well, and in that one moment her concentration slipped.
"Ah! Look out!" she gasped, the last few fragments of glass breaking free from the current, shooting out like bullets toward the wall. Eyes wide with fear, Cheshire clenched them into place again, but the glass in the hall began to vibrate in response to the sudden peak of heartbeat...

Genji didn't say a thing. He didn't even acknowledge Hein. Instead, he turned his face, looked at one of the now glassless windows and immediately bolted out one of them. By the time any of them blinked, Genji was long gone.

Hein getting hit by the glass bled from his arm, wincing only slightly from the cut as the blood fell to the glass floor that Cheshire created. Taking hold of his arm, he pulled a shard of glass out and watched as it was covered in blood. "Ouch.." he said as he looked over at Cheshire, and smiled. "Stay calm OK, there is more to be done.. Your very important to the plan"

Fayth squeaked as Cheshire lost a little control, but remained unharmed. She was worried. But even worse, Hein and their new teammate, Genji, were having a horrible time of it. And she thought Zek had been the worst! Well, he still was, but this was bad too!
Before she could even say anything to ease the tension, Genji was gone, and nobody knew whether he was doing as instructed or merely bolting. Maybe he had run to get the flag. Who could say?
"What should I do?" Fayth asked nervously. Hein had yet to mention her in his plans.

Hein turned to Fayth slightly, in all honesty he had forgotten to even include her in his plan. CRAP! CRAP! CRAP! CRAP! After a moment of silence he calmly replied as he dropped the piece of glass and held his bleeding arm. "Oh, of course I have a very important job for you..." he said as he just decided to make it up on the fly. "We need a lookout on the roof, I want you to hide up there and not draw attention to yourself. If you see the other team walking around like idiots, don't attack them. Instead I want you to miss with your power on purpose and draw them to the lower level.. If you have a clear shot however" he stated, "..take the shot. I will be up there in a few minutes."
If anything, Hein knew how to plan ahead. Though he was purely guessing his actions based on instinct. He then turn back to Cheshire.

Fayth nodded, although in honesty, she wasn't sure how to draw them to the lower level with her blasts. "Just don't let them up and in the window, I guess," she thought, realizing probably Lillian and Chloe could both manage to get up and into the window.
"Are we supposed to use our codenames or something?" she wondered aloud as she went to the door. Traversing the ice-like floor was nearly impossible, so she carefully dropped to her butt and slid across it to the stairs. Up she went, exiting out the roof.
She took a corner of the building and got low, keeping her eyes peeled.
"And how are we gonna get the flag?" she asked the nobody around her.
